Currently hotels are required to spend weeks consolidating critical business data from diverse properties - wasting valuable time and money just to obtain a complete picture of the operations. Because the hotels have invested heavily in existing financial, accounting, point-of-sale and property management systems, it is simply not realistic to replace the infrastructure.

The cornerstone of the VisteraView Portal is its ability to work with these diverse systems, so that you do not have to replace the legacy systems, and can avoid costly upfront investments. The VisteraView Portal provides you with data integration and consolidation across the entire portfolio, offering immediate cost savings and more efficient asset management.

The VisteraView Portal is designed to meet the highest levels of security and availability while providing an extremely scalable, customizable and robust solution. The VisteraView service performs three primary functions:

  • Data Collection — Current and historical data is collected from accounting, and other data systems at each hotel.
  • Data Consolidation and Storage — After Vistera receives the data from the hotel the collected data is then securely forwarded to Vistera’s scalable and secure Data Warehouse, where it is consolidated and stored on servers designed for high reliability and security.
  • Data Access —You can then obtain accurate and up-to-date reports, alerts and other information via The VisteraView Web portal that is available all the time, from any location using a standard Web browser.

Key attributes of the VisteraView service include:

  • Availability/Reliability - VisteraView is designed to offer users access to their information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All of our software and hardware components have built in redundancies to ensure the highest levels of reliability and availability.
  • Security - Security is one of Vistera Systems' highest priorities. To ensure that all data is protected, VisteraView uses best-of-breed technologies. User access is controlled by secure login/password. All data is securely transmitted to the Vistera Systems Data Center and housed in a secure data warehouse. Data is only available to authorized users defined by each customer.
  • Scalability - We recognize that our system must be able to scale to support thousands of hotels worldwide. For this reason, VisteraView is designed to be scalable enough to accommodate even the largest REIT's portfolio. Our solution is designed to grow seamlessly as more and more data is collected.
  • Rapid, Cost-Effective Deployment - A key benefit of VisteraView is that hotels are not required to make investments in hardware or software and will not need to replace their legacy management and financial software.

Vistera is focused on providing the highest levels of support for our customers and ensuring that the system is available and responsive to your needs at all times. VisteraView includes an extensive user guide as well as mechanisms to quickly communicate with Vistera’s support staff.

Training - As part of the VisteraView Portal comprehensive training is offered for all users. Our user interface is very easy to use and has an extensive user guide as well as help pages that will answer the majority of the user's questions.

Help Desk - In addition to a comprehensive web-based user guide, Vistera Systems offers customers access to real-time product support both online and via phone. Our helpdesk is staffed with technicians who are available to quickly assist and resolve our customer's questions and issues.
